  • Spring Dinner
    This event takes place in the spring. In 2026 there will not be a charge for the meal. A free will offering will be accepted with the proceeds going to missions.
  • Pie and Ice Cream Social
    The Annual Pie and Ice Cream Social is held in conjunction with Spring Valley Ag Days.
  • Love Lights a Tree
    Following the lighting of the community tree, the public is invited to FELC for refreshments.
  • Nativity Display
    This event is usually the first 2 weekends of December, often coinciding with Spring Valley’s Christmas on Broadway. Members of FELC and the community share their nativities in a display that is open to the public.
  • World Taste Tour
    FELC has hosted a ‘World Taste Tour’.  The World Taste Tour was part of a Mission weekend this past year and was part of the celebration of the Epiphany Season in 2024. During the Epiphany season, the church celebrates the movement of the Gospel into all the world after the first Pentecost.  Sharing food from around the world is a way to experience the world-wide variety of people and cultures that the Gospel has reached.
